 Transitioning from In-Person Teaching to Online LMS

 

To assure a smooth transition to online teaching and remote work during Covid-19 pandemic, I designed, crafted and assembled the required processes and procedures for continued online classes, per grant and college requirements.  A snapshot of One-Drive Folder, shared with each instructor with their class specific information, is below.  Additionally, BlackBoard and BrightSpace were also integrated for some courses.

 I also used Community College's Ellucian Banner and Network Application Systems to manage student enrollment as well as coursework documents and information.

 ************K-12 LMSI used RenWeb LMS and TeacherEase LMS in K-12 school as an administrator. I monitored and managed several features of the program such as daily, quarterly and yearly attendances of students by teachers; rosters; grading; report cards; homework assignments; lesson plans as well as discipline data supervision.  I regularly trained teachers and supported technical issues experienced by all users.
